Moshi Park Scenic Area is located at the junction of Kama Village and Zhonggu Village, Bamei Town, Daoyu County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is close to Danba Beauty Valley, Kangding Xinduqiao, Yajiang Kangba Hanzi Village and other well-known scenic spots. It is about 6 kilometers away from Bamei Town and 400 meters off the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. With an area of 5 square kilometers and an altitude of about 3,500 meters, it is a transit station for the conch on the top of Shangri-La to the Daocheng Aden, the soul of Shangri-La.

Located in the western Sichuan region of Sichuan, it is located in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Ganzi Prefecture is located in the western part of Sichuan Province. Its total area is about 153,000 square kilometers, which is equivalent to the size of one and a half Zhejiang Province, but the number of permanent residents is only about 1.1 million. It is a sparsely populated area. It became the Kama River, nourishing this stone forest and the local people. People.

Miring rock forest:Affected by the new tectonic movement of the Quaternary period, with the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the rocks in the Xianshuihe Fault zone were squeezed, shearing, broken, and eroded to form the Miring rock Forest. The stone forest contains calcium salt and is affected by air humidity. It is light gray and light blue in the dry season and pale black in the wet season. It is also known as the color-changing stone forest. Mirianite is rich in high-quality rare minerals such as montolith and kaolin, and its use in hot spring mud baths can be called a beauty product.

Mo Shi Shenquan:According to legend, when King Saar was fighting here, the soldiers fought hard for days and were thirsty. Suddenly, a clear spring slowly flowed out of the stone forest. After the soldiers drank the clear spring, they suddenly became energetic, tired and tired. Swept away, and finally annihilated the enemy who besieged them. Later, the local people enshrined this clear spring as the ‘divine spring’. It is said that people who have drunk the spring have no illnesses in their lives and have a happy life.

Geological Museum:The Geological Museum of Moshi Park focuses on the influence of new tectonic movements on the Daowu area since the Quaternary Period; the formation and influence of the Xianshuihe fault zone; geological phenomena such as the formation of Miling rock forestand related popular science knowledge. Collected and collated plant and rock specimens and photos that can represent the ecological circle of Moshi Park and the geomorphological characteristics of the Daowu area.

②when staying in Bamei Town, the price of most B&bs is between 150 yuan and 200 yuan per night, and parking is basically free. Bamei Town is very close to Moshi Park and can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Tourists who live in Bamei can sleep for a while before going out.

Moshi Park has a high altitude. Visitors who go to the plateau area for the first time are recommended to keep a portable oxygen cylinder in their backpacks to deal with emergencies.

2. Tour route

There is only one tour routeof Moshi Park. Tourists take a sightseeing bus to the highest point, and thenfollow the built wooden plank road from high to low. There is no need to go back. After the tour is over, you can take a sightseeing bus at the back door to return to the entrance. Note: Although you can also go in from the exit and play upside down, the scenery is not as good as entering from the main entrance, and you need to climb mountains on foot. It is not recommended that you consume too much physical strength and miss the beauty in order to save 20 yuan for sightseeing.

5. Transportation guide

1. Self-driving/charter/car rental (the most flexible way)

Main routes (take Chengdu as an example)：

Route 1 (regular route): Chengdu-> Beijing-Kunming Expressway -> Yakang Expressway -> Get off from Kangding Exit-> follow the G318 National Highway over the folding mountains – > enter the S434 Provincial Highway -> pass through Tagong Town – > arrive at Moshi Park (the scenic area is close to the S434 Provincial Highway). The whole journey is about 350 kilometers and takes about 5-6 hours.

Route 2 (Avoid the checkpoint route): Chengdu-> Jingkun Expressway -> Yakang Expressway -> Get off from Xinduqiao Exit -> follow the G248 National Highway ->pass through Tagong Town ->arrive at Moshi Park. This route is sometimes used to avoid traffic control in mountainous areas.

Precautions: The mountain roads on the plateau are curved, and there may be dark ice in winter. Be sure to drive carefully. Learn about the traffic control information of Zheduo Mountain and other pass in advance.

2. Public transportation (economical but requires transfer)

The first step: Arrive in Kangding City
and take a bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Railway Station or Chadian Railway Station to Kangding City.

Step 2: Kangding-> Moshi Park

Option A (recommended): Take the shuttle bus to Daowu, Luohu or Danba at Kangding Bus Station, and get off at the entrance of Bamei Town or Moshi Park Scenic Area halfway. Be sure to inform the driver of the destination before getting on the bus.

Option B: Charter a car or carpool from Kangding to Moshi Park, the price is higher but flexible and convenient.
