Si Girl Mountain is located in Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The specific location is in Si Girl Mountain Town, Xiaojin County.

It is located in the Qionglai Mountain Range of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and Si Girl Mountain is adjacent to Wolong National Nature Reserve. It is located in the transition zone from the Sichuan Basin to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It belongs to the tectonic eroded high mountain area of Qionglai Mountain in the Minshan Mountains. It has developed modern glacial, ancient glacial ice erosion and accumulation landforms, flowing water erosion and accumulation landforms. The main peak of Si Girl Mountain is 6250 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak of the Qionglai Mountain Range, as well as the second highest peak in Sichuan and the third highest peak in Hengduan Mountain Range.

1. Shuangqiao Ditch: Shuangqiao Ditch is the westernmost ditch of Si Girl Mountain, with a total length of more than 40 kilometers and an area of about 216.6 square kilometers. There are rich natural landscapes in the ditch, such as ginseng Guoping, Longzhutuo, Five-color Mountain, Banyuuba, Sun Moon Treasure Mirror, Hunter Peak, Eagle Mouth Rock, sequoia Forest Glacier and so on.
2. Changpinggou: Changpinggou is located in the middle of the Four Girls Mountain Scenic Area, with a total length of 29 kilometers and an area of about 100 square kilometers. There are 21 viewing spots in the ditch, including Lama Temple, dry tree Beach, Jiarongdu Waterfall, wooden Mule, Po Miao Peak, Camel Peak, etc. Changpinggou is the main camp for climbing the Three Sisters Mountain and Momei Peak.
3.  Haizigou: Haizigou has a total length of 19 kilometers. It is an undeveloped one of the three ditches in Si Girl Mountain. Visitors need to hike or ride horses throughout the journey. The first half of Haizigou is an alpine meadow, and the second half is dominated by Haizi, which is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

(1) Safety protection: responding to geological and weather characteristics

1. Shuangqiaogou is about 3000-4000 meters above sea level, so don’t be too nervous. There is an infirmary at Hongshulin Station. Avoid strenuous exercise when you arrive.

2. The temperature in Shuangqiaogou is low, so you need to bring a coat even in summer. It may rain, raincoats or umbrellas can also be prepared.

3. Plateau has strong ultraviolet rays, pay attention to sun protection, bring sunscreen, sunglasses and hat.

4. There are dining spots in the ditch, but it is recommended to bring your own snacks and water. Also try local Tibetan delicacies such as butter tea and barley cakes.
